Ilex vomitoria are hard to come by for northern gardeners but we are now in a zone where these can be grown but no one sells them. MN to the rescue. Their plants have always been wonderful with good prices to match as well as attentive shipping. I look forward to these getting big and hopefully producing some berries for the birds. I bought two and already have the dwarf version so let's hope for the best. More people need to plant shrubs for birds. Pollinators enjoy the flowers and then berries for birds! Thanks MN.

Arrived perfect as always. Last spring I put about 13 of these in the ground from this company. They package perfectly and zero morality rate, all of the doing great. I am building hedges so just put another 7 in the dirt and they arrived perfect and health as well. Order here have no doubts, well priced and arrive healthy and well package. I use all the shredded paper they come in as mulch.

The little tree looks like it would be PERFECT as a 2 foot tall Christmas tree with tiny leaves and branches radiating out just waiting for small ornaments that won't get lost in its branches. Thank you! Of course, I should put it in the ground right away and not wait until 2019! I found tea on line to see if I like it and found so many uses for this little misnamed gem: cut stems of berries or flowers, light or dark roasted tea, hedge, topiary, amazing. Such a tidy little plant that will grow to 8 feet so can't put it "just anywhere" and the birds will love it too.
