Rosmarius officinalis (Culinary Rosemary) evergreen shrub, can grow 4-5 ft. tall with similar width; very showy purple flowers in mid-spring early summer. Rosemary adds great flavor to a wide variety of dishes. Can be used fresh or dried. Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean area, but has naturalized in the USA. We have had so many people ask for it, we started offering it. Full sun  (Zone 8-10) SIZE: 1gallon

Fried Rosemary Potatoes to Die For

New Potatoes (or any kind you like)
Rosemary Stalks
Kosher Salt

Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place washed/dried potatoes on the sheet pan. Bake at 425 degrees until fork tender. Press the potatoes gently, so they squeeze out a little bit. I spread a kitchen towel over them and press gently (because they are hot). The more you press them, the faster they will cook when you deep fry them.

Deep fry the potatoes...cut sprigs of rosemary & deep fry them with the potatoes.
Strip rosemary leaves off and toss with fried potatoes & plenty of kosher salt.
YUM YUM YUM!  Serve with sourcream/mayo/dill dipping sauce.
Your life will never be the same :)

I use these for fresh herbs on potatoes and chicken. Grow well, handle the heat.

    Strong Healthy Plant

Received the plan on time, it is strong and healthy. It was also a pretty good size. I have transplanted it and so far so good. If this changes I will add to this review.
