Description

Rhododendron atlanticum (Coastal Azalea) low growing deciduous species. Coastal Azalea has white flowers with pink accents that bloom in April. It is a stoloniferous-plant that spreads by producing underground runners that create a colony that can grow up to 6 ft in width. This is very attractive when given room to grow. Partial shade-sun.

    I love this plant and mailordernatives did a great job selecting and shipping well established plants that I immediately put in the ground using their good directions, to supplement other coastal azaleas I planted last year. Great plant, excellent safe packaging for quick shipping - including directions on the box to keep it flat through shipping and delivery. Prompt delivery. I definitely would order from Mail Order Natives again.

    All plants arrived quickly and safely once shipped. The care instructions were great and I planted a few days later. The plants are beautiful and healthy and I am looking forward to sharing them with pollinators and wildlife and enjoying the blooms. The five rhododendron Atlanticum and two liatris microcephala will be a great addition to my native plant-based gardens.
