This grower communicates well w/ her customer, & responds quickly. My plant arrived on time, very well packed, & especially- Healthy! While in dormant phase, it was clear she had a great root system, & now , she's blooming. It's still early & potted, but I know this will turn out to be a long-lived, beautiful Rhododendron. I'll most definitely order again from this grower.
