Sisyrinchium 'Suwannee' (Blue-eyed Grass) a great evergreen groundcover about 10" tall. Bright blue flowers with yellow centers persist throughout the spring and summer. This selection has very nice evergreen foliage and consistant blue spring flowers. Very versatile: sun or shade, moist or dry sites.

Companion Plants: The bright yellow of Senecio aureus (Golden Ragwort) really sets off the yellow centers of the blue-eyed grass blooms.

Attractive clumping grass
The blue eyed grass arrived healthy and looking great. We used them as a native plant replacement for mondo grass to line the sidewalks.

Lovely plants!
The 'Suwanee" blue-eyed grass is paler than the plants I find growing wild in S. Florida, but it looks lovely and is thriving in my native-flowers bed.
