Sorghastrum nutans (Yellow Indiangrass) 4-5ft; forms clumps; bright gold late summer early fall blooms, birds like the seeds; grass turns a striking orange in fall. Zone 3-9.

This is the third Indian grass plant I've purchased over the years, each from a different nursery. This is by far the healthiest, largest and best priced of the three. One suggestion for the website: add an 'add to existing order option'. Since inventory is often low and not overlapping between species, I'd like to create an order, and have the option to add new plants to it until it ships.
The rootball is well developed, large and healthy. I expect these grasses to do great in our yard, just like all the other plants I bought from mailordernatives.
The plants I received were in great condition and packed quite well. I was very happy with my order!!
